  1. Old PR (pre clavicle break) of 250. Worked up to 260 today, which was my goal. 260 felt good, so I tried 270 and almost passed out. Really enjoyed Brent’s class and the warmup using the bags. Working with Jason and Matt was awesome.

  2. 215 (PR by 20)
    I then found a new 1RM on bench press of 280 in order to start the Wendler Strength Training program. I haven’t 1RM’d on bench in about 6 years so this was very humbling but it also puts things in a new perspective. Thanks for screaming the weight up for me again, Jeff.
