Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Compare to 25 April 2011 at CFI.

Reminder:  There will be no 6:30 PM class tonight at CFI.  We will be conducting Fundamentals at 6:30 PM.

    A little beat up from Wednesday and Thursday, but there were a few muscle groups that weren’t yet trashed. Now they are :).

    Had a fun time this morning with the pizza game. Mona conquered me twice resulting in 20 burpees!

    The 5 toe touches for the pizza game just wore me out. I probably could have double my tabata score if it wasn’t for those.
