Mobility

Tricep mobility on a bar to improve rack position. Use test, re-test method.

Shoulder mobility with a band to improve overhead position.

    Benchmark is 3RM @ 15# on 1 Sep 11. Tricep mobility was awesome, I’ll be doing that ahead of any FS movements. Was great to meet a few new folks this morning.

    90-100-110-120-125-115-Christina

    Also loved the tricep and shoulder mobility! Gonna definitely do that to improve my rack position before front squats and cleans.

  3. Great day today. Got 31 lbs today which is 9 lbs off of my PR before I broke my wrist. I’ll take it! Enjoyed working out with everyone today! Congrats to Jeff for finally getting a “Christina Pullup.”
