WOD:

Three rounds for time of:
15 Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm 35/25
15 GHD sit-ups
15 Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm 35/25
15 Toes to bar

SCALES:

Gold

Three rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm 35/25
10 GHD sit-ups
10 Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm 35/25
10 Toes to bar

Silver

Three rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm 25/15
15 Sit-ups
10 Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm 25/15
15 Knees to elbows

Bronze

Three rounds for time of:
12 Dumbbell power snatch, right arm 25/15
10 Sit-ups
12 Dumbbell power snatch, left arm 25/15
10 Knee tucks, 2 sec hold

WARMUP:

 For 6 minutes, perform 3 reps of each wod movement at an easy pace.
