Rack Jerk (Behind the Neck)

Split jerk or standard jerk, either one is acceptable.

WARMUP:

400m Run with med ball 14/10

8 minutes of:
10 Single Arm Overhead Squats w/ Kettlebell , Alt Arms (pick medium load for you)
10 Kettlebell Swings (same kettlebell)
10 Situps
