Today’s WOD is a practice run of Open WOD 12.3. If you are completing the WOD for score on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, use today to get comfortable with the movements at low intensity. Scales will be available for all ability levels. Everyone is welcome to complete the WOD, not just Open competitors.
