Tony Squat Clean

WOD:

“Tony”

9min three person team AMRAP:

Partner #1 will row for max meters in one minute.
While partner #1 is rowing, partner #2 and #3 are alternating max air squats. Only one person is allowed to do air squats at a time.
After 1 min is up they will rotate and partner # 2 will get on the rower for 1 min.
The team will continue to rotate until 9 min is up.
The workout is scored on number of meters rowed and the number of air squats performed as a team.
