The CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer Course is coming to CrossFit Impulse! You’ll spend two days with Coach Jeff Tucker’s team and become a certified CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer. This is a great continuing education opportunity for any athlete looking to improve gymnastics or coaches looking to improve their craft. You can register for the course here.
Several CFI and local athletes will be participating in the GORUCK Challenge here in Huntsville on January 26, 2013 at 1am. To quote the GORUCK website, the event is “An 8-10 hour, 15-20 mile guided tour led by a Special Operations Cadre, designed to turn 30 individuals into a team.” Tami Rose has arranged a $20 discount code for us.
