Do you feel comfortable in the water but want to improve your swimming ability? CrossFit Impulse invites all athletes to our swim WOD! CrossFit Impulse coach Christy Bergin will help improve your technique through some hands-on skill work. Christy has competed in many endurance events including long distance swimming, running, and triathlons–once earning a second place finish on a national level. She wants to share her knowledge of swimming with you so you can become more efficient in the water.
The first Monday of every month you will have the opportunity to attend the Swim WOD. We hope you will come out on Monday February the 4th at Dublin Park in the heated indoor pool. This will be a hands on swim WOD and will include much more than just throwing you into the pool. The target audience is the swimmer who can survive and move in the water, but is very inefficient has no knowledge of proper swimming technique. We hope you will join us at Dublin Park for some fun in the pool!

Cost: Free to all athletes training at CrossFit Impulse
What to Bring: We recommend goggles and swim caps (especially for anyone with long hair). Changing rooms are available. Swimsuits, workout clothes, and plenty of drinking water are also recommended.
Life guards will be on duty during this event.
