  1. 1:33.9, 1:35.3, 1:36.5, 1:38.9, If my lower back didn’t like me last night, then it hates me now.

  2. Great morning class today! Was happy to see the effort given this morning. Greg H. you did great today… way to push all the way through to the end. Melissa F. conquered the rower even though she dislikes rowing. Greg Bacon got back on the rower after a vicious gluteus maximus cramp. Overall, ever one gave it their all this morning at 5:30!

  3. 1:35.7 – 1:52.7 – 1:54.7 – 1:50.1

I was going to rest today but rowing is a weakness of mine (as you might notice) so I decided to come in for it. I don’t know what it is about the Concept 2 but it owns me every time. I’m just not efficient at it at all. Something I need to work on. For now, my love-hate relationship with the rower will continue.

Kudos to Andy for taking 1st on the leader board for the 500m row with a 1:30.7!

  4. Started out strong but felt like death was approaching after 2nd round. Last round it was all I could do to crawl back on the rower. I seem to be able to go fast for short times, but my heart rate is so high and it won’t come down. Weird feeling.

Anyways, happy to get the 1:30.7 (without an asterisk, thank you very much) but much room for improvement.

    1:30.7, 1:53, 2:03, 2:02

  5. Saw a ton of PRs tonight, and a lot of impressive progress on the rope during the warmup. Tabatha rowed some really solid intervals. I think her best was close to 2:10. Victor made a great PR as well. Andy’s 1:30 was both unexpected and phenomenal, taking the #1 spot. And Jordan and Brittany took #1 and #2, with Jordan rowing her interval just 4.9 seconds slower than the fittest woman alive (Tanya Wagner), which I think is pretty impressive. I doubt my 500m interval is only 5 seconds slower than Mikko Salo.

  6. 1:37-1:39-1:41-1:41 Great workout! First time using the concept 2, and I think we’re going to get along okay.
