CrossFit is right for anyone, and we make it easy to get started the right way! It all starts with a free consultation with one of our friendly coaches. They will get you signed up for our eight-session Fundamentals course that will get you moving safely and effectively, one step at a time. Each session is 1-on-1 and custom scheduled to your needs. If you’ve got an exercise background and you’re ready to jump in at a faster pace then you can get started with our Fast Track program with only three personal training sessions. Finally, you’ll join our group classes and experience the fun of a daily workout with your friends that leaves you thinking, “Wow, that was rough. And I can’t wait to come back again tomorrow!”
