    Should definitely do the flex-arm hang one of these days 🙂 preferably before lifting any weights. Lol

    I realize I rest too long between reps/rounds. Gotta do something about that!!

    Enjoyed watching the flex-arm hang, I know Daniel will put that in a warm up one day 🙂
