Steve “Manila Gorilla” Miller is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Program Manager, and an Army Veteran. His
Love for weightlifting began 20 years ago as a high school football player and has followed him
throughout his life. In the fall of 2017, after years of competitive powerlifting, a significant back injury
derailed his training and lead him to seeking other options. Steve found CrossFit here at Impulse, and
has never looked back. Steve has a passion for coaching and helping others achieve their goals, with his
free time he is a leadership instructor and mentors aspiring managers in achieving their Project
Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
