  1. Didn’t do the clean and jerk Rx’d. Clean and jerk is area that I haven’t worked much. So I worked on form and execution of the movement. I didn’t keep up with exact reps. I did several reps with 65lbs and 95lbs. Then I put on 115-135-145 for individual reps. I then went back to 95 for a few more. I was happy with my progress made. However, I still have work to do particularly in the jerk portion of the movement. I am holding back on my aggressiveness because of my shoulder.

    Very happy with this progress coming off a shoulder injury. 200 lbs ties my PR.
