Zac is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a full-time engineer. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Growing up, Zac would be most accurately described as a nerd. He spent a lot of time reading books and spent very little time playing sports or exercising.
Fast forward to his first year out of college, 155lb of skinny fat, Zac was tired of being scrawny. A friend invited him to his first CrossFit class at 5AM and he’s been a morning class CrossFitter ever since. Zac’s favorite aspects of CrossFit are good nutrition and improving mobility. When he’s not working or in the gym Zac likes to be outside shooting, hunting, or playing with his dogs.

Nutrition: Meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, some starch, sugar and alcohol in moderation. Follows Zone macronutrient ratios. Loves all things chocolate.
