Josh is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and Mechanical Engineer. Growing up, Josh played soccer and football while practicing “backyard” gymnastics as a hobby. He started CrossFit in 2014 and began coaching in 2017. He most enjoys CrossFit for its variety and community. His favorite aspect of coaching is helping people achieve new fitness skills. In his free time, you can find Josh working on a DIY project or unsuccessfully bow-fishing on his homemade barrel boat.
