20 Thrusters (50lb)
20 Situps
20 Pushups
20 Dumbell Swings (25lb)
And then, for old times sake, I did a few bicep curls 🙂 Yikes!
Wow, I’d repressed the memory of this WOD entirely. VS is my single least favorite thing. Well done to those who completed it.
