    Was glad to do this one. Very complicated movement. Congrats to all on the PR’s. Now I hope there are no pull-ups tomorrow.

  2. I was impressed with the effort on the snatch tonight. We had several PR(s) and many people that had never performed the movement. Good class!

    I took a break last week while on vacation. I decided to try a little warm-up WOD before class. I did the CrossFit baseline WOD.
