Join us on Monday October 24th for a special nutrition class at CrossFit Impulse. CFI athlete Josh McGuire will be speaking on “Nutrition and Goals.” While Josh has only been CrossFitting for about 6 months, he has over 15 years of experience in consistent strength training and making sound nutrition decisions. In addition to his full-time job and duties as a dad, he also does personal training in his spare time.
Josh says, “Looking back, I made a lot of progress quickly with weight training with a really bad diet. I thought bigger was better and didn’t focus on health or nutrition but gaining weight and getting strong. I have now weight trained seriously for somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 years consistently. I now realize that fitness is much more than lifting heavy weight and looking good, although you can have that and be fit with CrossFit and a good diet.”
This class is open to all CrossFit Impulse athletes and their guests.
