  1. Great WOD. Love me some pull ups! I must say that the warm up was great mainly because I had to go up against Tim and his long reach on the Pizza Game. Nothing like a little friendly competition to make you push yourself

  2. 15-17.5-20-22.5-25x-25-27.5x Weighed in when I got to the box at 122.

    Matched an old PR from July, but I’m happy with that because the previous one was just after the gymnastics clinic and I had been working on dead hang pull ups for a while. I think if I hadn’t just come off a day of muscle up skill work, I probably could have gotten that last one or maybe even 30. Worked on muscle ups with a blue band before and after class–got up to 6 consecutive assisted muscle ups!

  3. Enjoyed the 5:30 AM class and 4:00 class today! You guys all worked hard those pullups. Especially Alana, Alicia, Fei, Franklin, and Tom. You guys really stick out in my mind today. Really enjoyed watching the games today.
    I worked out at the 5:15 today. Weight 117 reps 10-20-25-35-40x then did Gold with Zan and Jordan. Reps each round 8-7-6-5-4.
