Thursday:
Baseline WOD @ 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM
Friday:
Baseline WOD @ 8:30 AM, 12:30 – 3:30 (during open gym)
Saturday:
Baseline WOD @ 10 AM — last chance

11 minute AMRAP:
800 m Run (1/2 mile) (or 1,000 m Row)
75 Squats
50 Sit Ups
25 Push Ups
as many Burpees as possible in time remaining.
*Count ALL reps completed in under 11 minutes.
* Your score is squats + sit ups + push ups + burpees
