Baseline WOD @ 10 AM — last chance
11 minute AMRAP:
800 m Run (1/2 mile) (or 1,000 m Row)
50 Sit Ups
25 Push Ups
as many Burpees as possible in time remaining.
*Count ALL reps completed in under 11 minutes.
