Stamina Week 5 (deload)


This is a deload week, so cut yourself some slack. Listen to your body and only do what you feel motivated to do. Priority is the squats. You should go ahead and get motivated to do those. Next is the skill work. If you suck at handstand walking (like I do) then you need to hit that for a few minutes 3-5 times per week, whether it’s on the program or not. Nothing except trying and falling and trying and falling repeatedly will get you there. Since practicing it doesn’t tear down your body very much, it’s great as a warmup tool. The week slows down and then ramps back up to a pretty intense Thunderdome Saturday.
