Work Capacity II Week 3 (deload)

The deload week is here. Thank you, baby Jesus. Here’s the main elements of this week:

  • Keeping our gymnastics skill EMOMs for MUs and HSPUs
  • Optional CFI class WOD
  • Daily challenge
  • Oh, and Thunderdome

That’s it. Simple, right?

I want you to try some regular CFI classes this week. It’s a nice change of pace. It exposes you to new people and promotes camaraderie. It constrains your work to an hour. It can sometimes have the effect of boosting your confidence. You often don’t realize how fit you are because you only compare yourself to a limited pool of athletes. So jump into some classes, on whatever days you feel like it. Yes, cherry pick based on how you feel. For three weeks we beat ourselves into a pulp. On the fourth week we cherry pick and do silly shit (deload). Enjoy it.
