This week is technically a deload week. I say “technically” because I’ve programmed it much like a normal week, for two reasons.
1. The Absolute Open has thrown a kink into our Monday and Tuesday training for the past three weeks. The Absolute Open finishes up Tuesday of this week.
2. This is the week of Thanksgiving, so everyone will probably do his/her own custom deload, depending on holiday and travel plans.
So the intent is to do most of the week’s training, but feel free to omit a few things at your discretion so you can feel a bit more recovered as we start December, when we’ll be giving it hell once again.
This week we say goodbye to JB, pictured in the caveman costume above. Apparently he thinks it’s cool to move to Australia but not take all of us with him. He’s been a core part of our team for a long time, and we’ll miss him and his ridiculous gymnastic abilities.
