Baseline Workout and Measurements for the Whole Life Challenge this Friday!

Whole Life Challenge baseline workout and measurements will be done this Friday January 16th. You may do this workout at 5:30AM, 11:30AM,1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:30PM, 4:00 PM or 5:15PM. There is still time to sign-up so please go register on CrossFit Impulse’s team!

CFI’s  OFFICIAL WLC 2015 WORKOUT 

In 11 minutes:
Run 800 meters

In the time remaining, complete as rounds as possible of :

10 Burpees

15 Squats

20 Situps

Your score is the total number of reps you complete.
