This week is a deload. Monday and Tuesday in particular should be a breath of fresh air. Wednesday is normal. Thursday is a “not quite balls to the wall” conditioning piece. Friday is a tough lifting day, and then there’s Thunderdome Saturday which should be a lot of fun. For Thunderdome we’re going to do some workouts from this past weekend’s East Coast Championships and then lie on the floor and wonder how Matt Fraser and some viking woman named Sigmundsdottir finished in 1/3 the time. As always on a deload week, listen to your body and make recovery the priority, not digging the hole deeper.
