CFI will be conducting the final WLC baseline workout on Friday, March 13th during class times and on Saturday, March 14th at 11:30-12:30pm. After we do the final workout on Saturday, we’re all going to head over to Pie in the Sky at 1pm. Here, we will hand out awards to our winners! And remember, this is not just for WLC participants, everyone is welcome and encouraged to come!
