I’m continuing to refine this program. This week we’ll be using conditioning to double duty as accessory work. For example, on Wednesday, instead of doing pullups and rows as accessory work, why not hang power cleans and chest to bar pullups during the class conditioning? You can push yourself as little or as much as you prefer during conditioning, anywhere from a leisurely pace to “I think I just shit a kidney.” Of course, your resulting capability for fast-exercise will be commensurate with your effort.
Each week the program seems to get simpler. I’m not taking it easy on you. I’m allowing you extra recovery so you can apply your energy towards the most important pieces that are left. Happy squatting.
