5 power cleans (75 lbs) male (135lbs)
10 pullups
15 kettle bell swings (26lbs) male (11/2 pood)
20 box jumps (12″) male (18″)
Completed 5 rounds and got 4 power cleans into round 6. This is a PR for me. Last time I got four completed rounds and 4 jumps into the box jumps of round five.

Took another rest day. Sunday’s WOD aggravated my low back….decided the smart thing to do is rest more.
