  1. Still babying the knee so no 5k for me… created this WOD:
    AMRAP
    5 power cleans (75 lbs) male (135lbs)
    10 pullups
    15 kettle bell swings (26lbs) male (11/2 pood)
    20 box jumps (12″) male (18″)

    Completed 5 rounds and got 4 power cleans into round 6. This is a PR for me. Last time I got four completed rounds and 4 jumps into the box jumps of round five.

  2. AMRAP 20 Minutes:

    5 power cleans (135 lb)
    10 pullups
    15 kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)
    20 box jumps (20″ box)

    7 rounds complete plus 5 power cleans+10 pullups+12 kettlebell swings

  3. Took another rest day. Sunday’s WOD aggravated my low back….decided the smart thing to do is rest more.
