Move SLOWLY and methodically attempting perfect execution. Ideally this is done with two pairs of rings – one pair hung app. 8′ off the ground and the second 4″ off the ground.

Good workout. I am sore from the rings but I am glad I know I can do it. It was fun and challenging even though it was slow.
Prior to the workout I worked on deadlift and set a 275 PR.
Yeah I loved the workout. It was fun, especially now knowing i can do them. Im taking my rest day tomorrow so everybody have fun.
Great work from Tristan and Josh on the rings. Both of you approached something new with confidence and courage and found that you were much better at it than you thought possible. Congratulations.
