Glad I sat a PR two days in a row on dead lift. My shoulders were bad sore from yesterday’s workout so I was not happy with my Shoulder Press but I was not willing to risk injury. I will get that much higher next time we run across this.
Was glad to see everyone today and Bravo Zulu to everyone today for their hard work setting their own PR’s. I have a lot of guys to catch up with.
