  1. Split Jerk

Need to get deeper, faster. But I’ll take a 20 lb PR when I can get it.

  2. 22/20/20/20/18/16
    Total: 116 pull-ups
Pull-ups have improved since I last tried max reps. My PR at CF Impulse was 20. I set a new PR in this WOD then maintained my old PR for three more rounds! This one felt good today…I didn’t even rip up my hands too bad.

  3. I’m not sure on my numbers… I think 20/17/15/18/15 with the green band.

I wasnt feeling too good yesterday, and David was right, I was being stubborn with my shoulder.

I promise, this wont end up being a page long diary entry or something.

I just want to thank all of yall at the box. I’ve definitely learned a lot; techniques and things I’ve missed in my short time with crossfit, as well as learned things about myself. You’ve made my stay here in Hunstville..Madison.. (wherever I am right now, lol) a good one. No matter how crappy my day was at the training center, I had CF to look forward to. I met some great people, and that includes the ones I didnt get to talk to much. I’m sure I’ll be back here down the road since my military career field is kinda centered out of here. . I’ll be sure to keep in touch (no, its not an inconvenience – Daniel and David.. lol =p) Wait.. they will still have internet in Iraq by the end of the year, right? lol. I’ll be in the sand, but I’ll definitely still be doing CF there. Best of luck to everyone, take care and God bless. If yall are ever in San Antonio, hit me up! Well.. before October, unless you want to join me in the sand box. =p

  4. Split Jerk

First time to do any heavy overhead work in months. I felt good until the 175 attempt. I felt some pain in the left shoulder, so I decided to call it. I don’t want to take any more steps back. I have a lot of work to do on split jerk. I am not dropping under the bar fast enough or catching locked out. I was doing more of a split press than jerk as the weight got heavier. I guess I will add that to the list of things to work on.

  5. “Nicole”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
    Run 400 meters
    Max rep Pull-ups

    4/5/6/5/6/5 plus a run

Whoo hoo. No band for me this time.
