Felt great on the first 1600m. Starting the 1200m after 3 minutes of rest felt strong for the first downhill to the 800m turn-around point. Coming back was a different story, and was pretty difficult. The 2 minute rest was much needed. Got my second wind on the 800m. The 400m felt pretty good…all things considered. The weather was perfect for a run today. The rain was kinda nice. Zan was so excited about the rain that she ran an extra 6 miles, splashing and giggling the whole way. haha. Good job on the tabata workout after the run, and to Jordan too for the deadlift PR.
Enjoyed chasing Hudson on this one…..until he left me in the dust……er, mud. Helped me to go faster than I would have by myself.
This time includes the rest period too. Was looking at some other crossfit websites to compare times and was feeling pretty bad about myself until I realized they didnt include the rest period into there final time! I feel better now. haha
1600m@8:22 (3m rest) + 1200m@7:10 (2m rest) + 800m@4:28 (1m rest) + 400m@2:19 = 28:19

Enjoyed coaching today! Everyone did a great job and we had some nice friendly competition going on today. Hudson was being chased by Danielle, Jordan and Chris M. were battling it out to the end, and we had Leah and Zan neck and neck the whole way! Was really impressed with the intensity today.
I did this WOD after class:
1600m = 7:46, 3 mins rest, 1200m = 5:59, 2 mins rest, 800m = 3:55, 1 min rest, 400m = 1:49
total: 25:32
23:55
