    I’m glad Kevin pushed me to stay on the bar in round 5, else my time would be much worse. His method of regimenting my rest by a countdown was really helpful. It showed me how I could really complete the reps and I was really just being a panty waste and listening to the voice that says I can’t keep going, but I really can. Round 1 went down in 55 seconds. My how subsequent rounds changed.

  2. 26:19 rx , Hang power cleans were my week spot. This was one very hard workout, but I love the movement progression.
