  1. 21:36 wall ball = 14lbs

Hey hey! how’s everyone doing? Greetings from Texas =) I actually did filthy fifties at my home box (my first stab at this beastly workout) . Good luck! Hope all is well!

    1. Thanks David — interesting I guess the spelling does not always match up!

  2. Filthy Fifty, 23:23 Rx’d

Did this at CrossFit Huntsville at 12:30. Kevin beat me by ~40 seconds. I built a small lead starting with box jumps, but he caught me at the end of back extensions. He then solidly passed me during wall ball. I kept pace with him during burpees and got to my double unders before he had finished his, and I was gaining, but I couldn’t make them up quickly enough. Was a fun race, even if I lost. PR for me by over 3 minutes.

  3. First time back in nearly three weeks. I managed to get pneumonia and it knocked me out for a good while.

    “Thankless 30” – 24:50
Stopped after 15 reps of wall balls ‘cuz I thought I was going to pass out. I’ll get it next time.

  4. 33:30
God almighty. The only fun part of that race was racing with David for the first 18 box jumps then the sucking part hit and didn’t stop till the end. I lost a lot of time on the double unders I think almost 7 minutes. I need to work on that weakness bad. O well in time, in time. Good job to everyone and congrats to David for such a big PR.

  5. 28:58 Rx’d

Paced myself on the box jumps. Felt pretty good on everything else, except for the wallballs and burpees.

I havent been this exhausted after a workout in a long time. Before I left for the gym, I weighed myself, and I was 155. When I got home, I weighed again and I was 152.5. Now thats a lot of sweat loss!

  6. 39:51 (40x, sloppy KTE’s)

I was gonna go prescribed until Christina talked me into doing the forty instead. I was like, “OK, if you say so.”

About halfway through the KTE’s, I’m thinking, “Note to self: NEVER, EVER, EVER question a trainer here.” This thought popped up again when, 5 reps into the wallballs, i had to go outside by the air conditioner and reacquaint myself with my lunch (my apologies to anyone disgusted by that). I honestly considered quitting during that time, but figured I had gotten this far, so might as well get it over with.

For me, the wallballs were by far the worst part.

Thanks to everyone that was pushing me.

    1. Lonny if anyone is disgusted by you have pukie the clown visit during or post WOD they are in the wrong gym. Good job. You inspired me on the DU’s. You were killing them. I now know my weakness can be fixed.

      1. Lonny, I had no idea you had thrown-up…. congrats on finishing the WOD!

  7. 24:19 (PR by ~10 mins)

I enjoyed having Tristan, Daniel, and Patrick in my heat to push me harder. I keep thinking “one of them is going to catch me”. The wall-ball shots and burpees were by far the worst movements. KTEs weren’t easy. I took advice from Hudson and hung onto the kettlebell for 50 reps. I know I gained time there. Thanks Hudson. Also, I could not have do this in the time I did without all of the support. I remember hearing Christina (loud and clear), Hudson, Jeff (pushing me to beat him…unsuccessful), and Jakub. Thanks for staying on me to keep going! You all are the reason I got such a great PR!

  8. 26:26. Had a really hard time with the DUs. Spent the whole workout right alongside Jakub. Good motivation to keep going. Lots of great effort at the box tonight.

  9. I’m sore…43:27 as prescribed. Disappointed with my time, but I feel pretty good about my effort. Not sure I could have done it any better. Hudson and Christina really helped by pushing me. I don’t think I would have finished those wall balls without Hudson, thanks man.

  10. Everyone did extremely well tonight — I am constantly impressed with the effort and determination from you all! Not a single person took it easy on this one and you all are going to be better for it! I upload some new pictures tonight on the facebook page… hope you all enjoy! I will definitely be making this one up sometime this week/weekend.

Worked on Muscle-Ups and straight legged deadlifts.
    5 rounds:
    10 SLD
    5 Muscle-up attempts
    Last round did 20 SLD

Thank you Jeff for all the support and coaching!
