  1. Got a Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test tomorrow so I had to sit this one out. Had fun watching Jeff, Greg H, Christina, Leah and Ginga knock this one out. Way to push through the heat guys.

  2. Rest day for me. Was gonna do this one, but the body is telling me to rest. So Im gonna listen to it.

On a side note, I finally sold my car today!

You guys have fun with EVA.

  3. This was a difficult workout — just completing “Eva” is an accomplishment! Thank you for all the support today during the lunch class. Today will be my first day to attend or train every single class CFI offers! Looking forward to coaching this one at 5:00 at 6:15! My time today, with a 1 pood kettlebell, was 55:11.

  4. Had my physical fitness test today so missed the WOD.

Navy test. Max pushups in 2 min., max situps in 2 min., 1 1/2 mile run.
    My results:
Pushups: 95 (You only have to break 90 degrees with you arms, not all the way down)
    Situps: 63
    Run: 10:03 (w my Vibrams)
    Score overall OUTSTANDING Medium.

Best score yet and I was very upset not hitting my goal of a sub 10 run but it will work I guess.

Had fun last night but i did something to my left arm that caused a strain or a pull or a cracked bone falling off the box jumps last night. Note to self do not drink and do a box jump competition. All the same I will be back as soon as the pain is dull so I can work it out again.

  5. Well that was fun! 33:29, only 3 rds, 1.5 pood, gb PUs. Good job to those that did it rx’d. I know one thing, if I ever have a daughter, I’m not naming her Eva! No offense to any Eva’s who may be reading this….

  6. 41:02 (PR)

I think this is one of the toughest CrossFit WODs, period. Enjoyed working with Greg, Leah, Christina, and Ginga in the lunchtime class. After Eva I did some wakeboarding with David. Was able to hit a wake to wake jump, which is what I was working on at the end of last season. David killed it, as usual. We’re going to need to start requesting air space for him so he doesn’t interfere with low flying planes.
