  1. Today I programmed my own WOD from home. Did a very slow 3.9 mile run, then rested exactly 30 minutes, and then performed Diane, which is
    21-15-9
    225 lb deadlift
    handstand pushups

Got Diane in 2:59.3, which is a PR. Last set of HSPUs almost killed my sub 3-minute time.

  2. I did the same program as Jeff. However, I rested 40 minutes after the run, and then performed a subbed version of Diane. 21-15-9 of 135lb deadlift and regular strict push-ups. My time was 6:08 on Diane.

I have never tried to PR on OHS before, it seems like I always miss that day. I worked with Zan today and we both got surprising PRs! My snatch balance PR is 135 so I am curious to see what that has come up to since then. Maybe that WOD will come around soon. Good day for us, we had a lot of fun!

I really think I could have gotten the 185. But lost my balance. Next time. PR’d by 20 pounds today.

  5. 65-70-75-80-85-95(PR)-105(fail-not enough depth)

I’m very happy with this. Two months ago I couldn’t OHS the bar.

  6. I had fun today and a lot of energy. I’m super competetive with myself so I kept wanting to do more. Ended up with:

    31-36-41-46-46-51-56-61

I failed a couple times with 61 bcause of balance and the inability to keep my arms locked. This was the first time I tried OH squats so I was pleased with the result. As always, the encouragement from everyone was great!!

  7. 185 – 195 – 195 – 205 – 215 – 225(f) – 225(f)

Not quite my old PR of 225 but it’ll go up soon.

BTW I’ve got a pretty cool excel workout log that will automagically track PRs and can calculate power output if any of you want it.
