  1. 155 Snatch
    225 C&J (matches old PR)

    476 total using lbs

    268 using kg

subbed two single unders for every double under and counted them as a half point each for score.

Can’t wait for a C&J day, new PR is going to happen.

  2. 369

80-Snatch, 115-Clean and Jerk, 4 rounds and 6 reps (70# squat cleans). Beat my score in August (65# squat cleans) by 66.

I’m still amazed at how fast one’s fitness level can progress with CrossFit in a relatively short amount of time. It’s like boom boom pow! And I love it! 🙂

    1. Nice progress! You’ve come a long way, and you keep stepping it up every WOD.
