Today during skill work we’ll learn about the kipping handstand pushup. Here’s a 2 minute video that will help introduce you to it, including the pros and cons of using it at all.

That video is exactly how Daniel, Jeff , and David got me to get my first 1 abmat HSPU! Thanks guys!
Congrats on your HSPU!! I gotta…I gotta…I gotta… 😉
First RX handstand pushup. The kipping helped. It will be good to get me through those first three inches from the floor up. After that I have usually been good. That will be a good open gym or after WOD addition. As for Tabata weighted, hmmmmmmmm can I count the 8 billion calories that I ate this week as my added weight for the pullups and dips? Rough performance. Oh well. Great to be in the Box though. A crappy day there is better that a good day most other places. Thanks Jeff.
