  1. After shooting for a 3/4 Murph on Friday and failing by about half a Murph, I decided I’d work on running today. Running has been a long-time enemy of mine because I tend to overheat and feel pretty crappy after only a few minutes. Today I did the Tabata “bottom-to-bottom” squat workout from 101223 because I missed it the first go around. Instead of just running a mile, I chose to run 10 minutes without stopping (a first for me!), which turned out to be pretty close to a mile anyway. Tabata score: 10.
