    Weighted pullups
    180 lb BW

    Very happy about a 20 lb PR today. Enjoyed working with Daniel, Jonathan, and Hudson. With some teamwork 4 men can share a single belt and still work quickly.

  2. Did the affiliate wod first today Front Squat x3 115lb.

    Then I did some weighted pullups. 10-20-25(PR)-30(PR)-35(f)-32.5(f). I will take a 10lb PR any day 🙂

    1. maybe oh I don’t know try 85lbs or even 87.5 lbs :)There are smaller plates available 🙂

  3. Today was the first time I’ve ever tried weighted pull-ups and it was a fun twist. I ended up finishing at 20 lbs. so I’ll take that for a start.

    The skill-work today was a lot of fun also.
