This Saturday, February 5th, in replacement of the workout of the day CFI will be conducting a pullup and muscle up clinic from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. For pullups we will be teaching the kipping pullup and butterfly kip. If you are proficient at pullups and ring dips, then you can learn progressions on how to achieve or improve your muscle up. Please feel free to attend regardless of your ability level. No matter your current level of proficiency, we can help you achieve progress in these movements. This is free to all CrossFit Impulse athletes and CrossFit athletes actively training at other affiliates.
