13:56 gold-ish. 5 rounds. Scaled pull ups to blue band assisted and did GHD HSPU.
Push ups sucked after the affiliate WOD yesterday. I’m sore in places I’m definitely not used to being sore! Thanks, rope climbs, for waking up some pretty underutilized muscles.
