14:10 400M and 115lb cleans
During open gym I did my gymnastics homework: 20 each of strict pullups, strict ring pullups, assisted ring dips (single blue band strap), and jumping muscle up transitions. Then I did week 1 of Wendler 5/3/1 shoulder pressuring and bench press. Got 7 on the AMRAP @ 85% on shoulder press and 11 on the bench press, which means my shoulder press has gone up a little and bench has gone up a lot since the last time I tried a 1RM on these lifts. Yay!
