I did todays WOD with strict pullups instead of MUs today.

Then I worked on my 2 min handstand holds. I never made it more than about 10 seconds. Gotta keep working on that.
Great job to everyone today! Was fun watching everyone do the muscleups and progressions. You guys that opted for the optional partner wod got a chance to see what running with a kettlebell was like! Glad you “loved” it!
After class, and before fundamentals, I did:

Today I did Claudia at home. I chose this particular WOD because it contains 2 of my weakest areas, kettle bell swings and running.
