  1. Slow @ 115# 13 something I think. Still nursing a sore back. The inverted hang on the rings actually felt really good on my back.

  2. 12:32 @ 60# Disappointed that I couldn’t go heavier but my form wasn’t good enough. I enjoyed working out with everyone today!
