CrossFit Impulse invites all athletes training on our unlimited plan to our swim clinic reboot! Do you feel comfortable in the water but want to improve your swimming ability? Want to learn how to swim freestyle and breathe side to side? CrossFit Impulse athlete Angela McKenzie will instruct this clinic in basic freestyle swimming. Angela swam competitively, coached, and has taught many individuals how to swim. She states “I may be at the bronze level in CrossFit, but I would be Rx’d in the pool.” She wants to share her knowledge on swimming with you to become more efficient in the water. We hope you will come out on Sunday, July 10th at 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Dublin Park. If you are like most of us, you probably have tried lap swimming once or twice and realized that you are not as efficient in the pool as you thought. CrossFit Impulse would like to give you a chance to learn the correct form and technique of swimming under the instruction of Angela. This will be a hands on swim clinic and will include much more than just lecture and demoing. The target audience is the swimmer who can survive and move in the water, but is very inefficient has no knowledge of proper swimming technique. We hope you will join us at Dublin Park for some fun in the pool!

What to Bring: We recommend goggles and swim caps (especially for anyone with long hair). Changing rooms are available. Swimsuits, workout clothes, and plenty of drinking water are also recommended.
Life guards will be on duty during this event.
