To start off, Jordan I didn’t like you while I was rowing, but when the workout was over I got over that quick. Great programing!

Split Jerk is hard when you can’t breath after rowing!

It was fun working with Amanda! Also thanks to Hightower for giving me a goal and keeping me accountable on the rows. It really helped. Also ditto Amanda on hating Jordan during but feeling great afterwards! Sand bag warm up was fun.
175-195-205, failed on 195 the first attempt but gathered myself enough to hit it the second time.
10:26 as Rx’d with 155#. Whew! Tiring.
