  1. To start off, Jordan I didn’t like you while I was rowing, but when the workout was over I got over that quick. Great programing!
    Great working with Mandy, too funny we finished with the same time:-)

    I should have gone heavier, but I’m happy with what I did.
    Split Jerk is hard when you can’t breath after rowing!

    It was fun working with Amanda! Also thanks to Hightower for giving me a goal and keeping me accountable on the rows. It really helped. Also ditto Amanda on hating Jordan during but feeling great afterwards! Sand bag warm up was fun.
