Strict pullups are defined as dead hang without kipping. Kipping will be allowed for handstand pushups. Accuracy counts on wallball shots. The ball must contact the target. Max L-hold can be done as an L-sit on parallettes, L-sit on rings, L-hang on the bar, or L-hang on rings. Pick one and hold an L for as long as you are able.
