2 min AMRAP of Strict Pullups
1 min rest
2 min AMRAP of Handstand Pushups
1 min rest
2 min AMRAP of KB Swings (70/53)
1 min rest
2 min AMRAP of Wallball Shots (20/14)
1 min rest
Cash out: Max L-hold

Strict pullups are defined as dead hang without kipping.  Kipping will be allowed for handstand pushups.  Accuracy counts on wallball shots.  The ball must contact the target.  Max L-hold can be done as an L-sit on parallettes, L-sit on rings, L-hang on the bar, or L-hang on rings.  Pick one and hold an L for as long as you are able.

    Ditched the Abmat for the first time on HSPUs (no kip, mostly because I don’t have the technique).
