  1. I absolutely love this sh#$!

Awesome coaching on HSPU and double unders.
28:58 rx with 72 singles per round instead of DU
When I grow up, I want to be a cross between Ben and Jeff….beasts

  2. RIP Bradshaw! That was a great/horrible workout! Awesome work from everyone, and great coaching Brent. I think I’m going to try to do the jump rope warm up every time I’m at the box! Thanks for the push! I did Rx only got 8 rounds with the 30 min cut off.

  3. I also liked the jump rope drill. Great coaching. I decided to do the WOD with strict pullups to build more pulling strength and ensure I worked my shoulder back into high intensity the right way. Fun class! 25:11 Rx’d

  4. I did a quasi-Silver/Bronze: 3 GHD Pushups, 6 Deadlifts (135#), 12 band pullups, 72 single unders. 7 rounds + 6 pullups at 30min. Need to work in pullups, handstands, and double unders!

  5. 6rounds +19 at the 30min cutoff: GHD HSPUs, 225# DL, kipping pullups, and first 2 rounds I did DU’s but after that I did a mix of singles and DU’s.
